What happened today was my family and I went to the village where my dad was born and my grandma lives. It was only a three hour short trip of 'saying Hi' to grandma and seeing how was everybody else doing. FYI, my grandma is so freakin' old! She told us that she is 100s year-old already. That's so ONE BIG HUNDRED years! You can see the picture of me with the cute lady above.
Padi field beside my grandma's. Soooooo much far different with Padi's Club in Bali! Bahahahahahahahahaha!!!Anyway, we went to the village not only to visit my grandma but essentially it was for visiting my aunt's tomb who died in 2007 and some other relatives' in the same graveyard and putting lots of red and white good scented roses on their tombs. The graveyard visit was due to the upcoming fasting month so called Ramadhan. The visit is more like one of the Javanese traditions.

Both my grandparents are no longer around, they passed on at an early age. Your grandma's really in good shape at 100!

It is awesome that your grandma aging so gracefully... although living to age old is a blessing but what matter most is seeing their children and their children' children live well... I bet your grandma must be very happy for you ;) Cheers!

I can't say much about her because we meet each other normally only once a year or trice. When I was born she was already 70 something and I grew up mostly in Borneo. So right now due to her age she can hardly remember her grandchildren.
Anyway guys I hope we can be good blog friends so we can have some meetups in the future :)

Rock N Roll is not her style. She better go Salsa! That's I'd prefer to see, not what she said LOL
I think her secret is to be pure Javanese woman who doesn't really go out, doesn't go to the malls, no beer, no junk foods, and no husband for years :p
