An old picture of me guiding a friend of mine

This picture was taken when i took a friend of mine to Prambanan temple in Yogyakarta. I actually have explained this guiding experience with this guy in another post much earlier long time ago on the title "Two days of guiding a now-become friend from the States, Michael Carowitz", but only this time i got the picture sent by him from Washington a few days ago. Speaking of which, i had to rotate this picture a bit, it was originally bad taken.

Finally got a chance to drink!

A friend of mine from England introduced me to some drinks, alcoholic ones. Well it was not really for getting myself drunk, but more like experiencing. I had a glass of some alcoholic drink mixed with Bailey, two glasses of Whiskey, three glasses of Wine (White and Rose), some local whiskeys whose names i can hardly remember or even know (lol), and a lil' bit of Martini. And i have had all of them in like a week! Crazy! i never get drunk tho' although i am feeling a bit dizzy now -just had a glass of Rose wine tonight.

It's just nice to finally have tasted some various kinds of drinks which i never had before in my life. First i found them very bitter and ridiculously undrinkable, but then i learned that they pretty much have good tastes in a way of relaxing me from some heavy thoughts.

Somebody got married today!!

LOL. I attended to my friend's marriage this afternoon. It was great. I was with some of my friends and had fun with them. I enjoyed the music and also the food and drinks. I took lots of cokes and some delicious fried chicken. I was happy for the couple! Congrats to you!

Done w/ Exams

It's been 2 weeks since the exams at school got started. It's just finished this morning though. What a relieve. LOL. Well i hope i did all good on the exams. At least i tried my best on each of 'em. I admit some of them was pretty much difficult. Hey, who knows if i did it pretty much well as well, huh?

Well it's time now for relaxing myself a bit from all the pressure of studying and in the next 2 weeks i gotta get ready for the new semester at school.

Cafe's Addiction

I went to cafes recently. I found it nice sitting in the bar seat chatting to the bartender. I never went to night clubs or what one calls them as discotheque. I just went to some cafes with live slow music to have a drink and dinner. The first few days i enjoyed it because at that moment i had some thoughts in my head so it made me relaxed. But then even when i didn't have anymore problems i felt like going out still. Even my mother warned me to not always go out to a cafe every night, 5 nights in a row. Suddenly i realized that i went a bit too far with this exciting feeling of going out to cafes. I haven't gone out to a cafe since last week though. I guess it almost got me addicted.

Hard work for exams

Exams has been held up for a week and should end in another week. Papers are waiting to be done. I have managed to finish some of them. Even so, there's still lots to finish. I took a short break to write this blog.

I fell off from my bike. Ouch!

Yesterday i fell off from my bike on my way taking my niece to her school. There was a small rock that slipped the front tire of the bike that caused us fall off to the ground. Luckily everything was just fine except i scratched my left knee up a bit and my niece was all fine with out any injury. We fell off to the dirt. It could turn out much much worse to the asphalt. I'm glad we both are fine and very less injured. I learned from that accident to be more careful.

i gotta start to not depend on my parents

This evening i went to a cafe called Exelso Coffee Cafe in a mall nearby here to apply in my CV. I just thought i needed to start to not depend on my parents, financially, all the time. So i thought i gotta get a job as soon as i could. Well to be a waiter doesn't sound so great, but it could be a start for something that might be so great, couldn't it? Well i'm not pretty sure though that they would call me back. Here's the problem, when i went there with my CV, i thought i would just leave it to some people working there. Instead, the manager or something i'm not sure who called me over to sit and fill a job application form. What's weird is i was only in short pants and t-shirt with ice cream in my hand and Double Cheeseburger in the other hand that i bought from Mc'D from the lower ground. I was not ready at all. Well nothing to lose, so i just filled in the form and did what i had to do and said what i had to say to this manager guy. Well he said they would call me back after doing some study on my CV and the form i filled in unpreparedly. Whatever the result is, i gotta be ready -to get dumbed or simply accepted. It's a nice cafe tho'! :)

Small Reunion with Old Friends from School

This morning (2nd of Jan o-eight) i started my second day in the new year having a breakfast with old friends from school. We had fun even though it rained a bit all morning till the afternoon. It'd been like almost two years we hadn't met each other esp. hung out together like we did this morning, since we graduated our diploma. It was nice meeting them again, reminding of each other's fools back to our school time we had together a couple year ago. We laughed, but unlike other-supposed-to-be reunion moments we didn't have the cry part. We had fun remembering what we had gone through at school time and that was good. Not our entire friends could make it to come to the reunion today, only some who actually didn't have exams today. Yeah, it's supposed to be the exam week started by today exactly, because some of us after graduating our diploma continued taking more studies at different schools.

Anyway, i need some rest right now. Good nite every one! :)
